Limassol Castle - The Limassol Castle is one of the most well-known sites in Limassol.The current buildings were completed in the early 14th century on the site of an earlier Byzantine construction.
Djami Kebir Mosque - It lies less than a hundrer yards north-east of the Limassol castle. It was probably built near the end of the XVI century.
Church of Ayios Andronikos & Ayia Athanasias - Built between 1835-1850. Small and was very well built in Franco-Byzantine style.
Amathus - (Αμαθούς) was one of the most ancient royal cities of Cyprus, on the southern coast in front of Agios Tychonas, about 24 miles west of Larnaca and 6 miles east of Limassol.
